Valentine's Day Hot Cocoa

Yummy! Everyone will enjoy this treat :) I found these marshmallows at WalMart and thought yep- this will make a perfect addition to a cup of hot cocoa. Enjoy...I know my daughter, Madison enjoyed it :)
