{valentine's day} diy | mailbox

as promised, february 1st- madison and i made her own little mailbox for sweet treats or little valentine's. i cannot take any credit for this, as i thank emily anderson, from the anderson crew for her wonderful idea. she made these last year for her kiddos and i remember seeing them just a little too late to make for madison. anyways- i wanted to make her's february 1st so we could extend the valentine's day for the next two weeks. putting a treat in there everyday sort of like an advent calendar. she is excited for valentine's day. it was so easy :) and i bought some conversation hearts and lolli's to put inside <3
here is what you will need:
candle stick holder | mail box (found at target $1 section) | wood letter | spray paint | glue
spray paint your candle stick & letter and glue it all together, that simple. and so cute :)
emily made multiple mailboxes for her kids using different colors so you can check those out here :) thanks emily for sharing. let the countdown until valentine's day begin!
(also you may notice the white furniture being used for the photographs...a furniture re-do is coming soon)
